There's New Prompts in Town

October Pages 2025 journaling prompts are here, and this year’s list is packed with cozy, spooky, and creative ideas for your planner or memory-keeping pages. Whether you’re documenting fall vibes or joining the challenge for the first time, this guide walks you through everything you need.

Why I Love October Pages

October Pages has always been one of my favorite ways to slow down and document the season. There’s something magical about mixing spooky aesthetics, cozy routines, and creative journaling all in one challenge. Whether you’re filling a planner, keeping a memory journal, or posting on Instagram, each prompt is a tiny invitation to notice the details of your life.

Some days you’ll create elaborate spreads; other days you’ll snap a quick photo or jot down a sentence — and that’s the entire point. October Pages is flexible, forgiving, and fun. If you enjoy this challenge, you may also love Fresh Pages, the January creative reset that helps you reflect, wrap up the previous year, and step into a new one with intention.

How to Play Along

Pick the October Pages 2025 journaling prompts that inspire you — no need to post in order.

Take any prompt, snap a photo, and post it on your social media grid, journal about it, or document it however you like — in your planner, journal, scrapbook, or memory-keeping system.

Most importantly? Have fun.
This challenge is not here to overwhelm you. If a prompt doesn’t inspire you… skip it. Zero guilt, all vibes.
