  1. Remove ribs from packaging and rinse in cold water. Then cut the ribs to fit inside your crock pot. I typically cut mine in half and they fit just find inside my 6 Qt Slow-Cooker.
  2. Sprinkle/coat ribs with dry rub – I didn’t actually measure how much dry rub, so you may need more or less than I wrote above. Add into slow-cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  3. Pre-heat oven to broil. Remove Ribs from slow-cooker and place on a broiling pan. I remove any bones at this point by just pulling them out with tongs. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and place in the broiler for 7-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside.
